- Teorema del trastorno obsesivo-compulsivo José A. Yaryura Tobías Fugen Neziroglu Medicina theorem lesions symptoms Obsessesive neurotransmissors The obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) presents a symptomaticdiversity that seems to reflect several cerebral regions. The hypothesisof work indicates that to a larger number of symptoms less cerebrallocalization is found . That is to say, the symptomatic heterogenicitycannot be reduced to one single cerebral area. Therefore, it is requiredto corroborate the anatomical-histochemical findings, the currentsemiology, and the presence or not of OCD spectrum disorder. It isassumed that the theorem confirms the presence of cerebral lesionsin different areas of the brain in patients with OCD. Besides, thehistochemical progression of the neurotransmitters from the posteriorpart of the brain (locus coeruleus and raphe) forward, and theputative cerebral loops of the OCD, constitute a corroborative factorto the theorem hypothesis. 2001 artículo científico 0185-3325 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=58222403 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=582 Salud Mental application/pdf Instituto Nacional de Psiquiatría Ramón de la Fuente Muñiz Salud Mental (México) Num.2 Vol.24
