Methods: A questionnaire was sent by e-mail to 120 ENTs who attending your clinical practice in Bogotá (Colombia) between September and October of 2011. Too, they must be actual resident members of the licensed Otorhinolaryngology Colombian Association (ACORL). Results: Of the 33 questionnaires returned (27.5%), 42% ENTs respond between one (1) and three (3) preoperative evaluations. The reported conditions were chronic sinusitis (39.4%), displacement of implant into the sinus (30.3%), oro-antral fistula (30.3%), bone sequestrum (15.2%) and osteomeatal complex obstruction (3.0%). Conclusion: Only a few ENT is regarding to sinus lift complications. This ENT groups in two tendencies.
