- Historia, escritura y acontecimiento Ricardo Nava Murcia Historia event writing history Deconstruction The purpose of this article is to show how Derrida deconstructs the tradi- tional concept of writing, beyond a mere inversion of the opposition between voice and writing, by locating it as a trace and a tracing that is liberated from said opposition –a hierarchy and the absolute pre-domain of one value for another– and not as a reduction of a technique that predates all systems of speech. An analysis of the concept of writing posits the problems of how texts can be read, of the production of meaning, what can and cannot be represented, and the performative effects that it puts on display. All of this opens up at least three propositions and/or questions for historians: writing as impression on a material support, and how it makes visible, produces, and alters an event; writing as an impression that is irreducible to memory, for it is open to the coming of the future (por-venir) in the multiple readings and re-impressions of the writing of history; and all inscription as iterable, that is, repeatable beyond the intentions of the author and the context that produced it, something to be considered in the reading of documents and historiographies. 2016 artículo científico 1405-0927 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=58949544002 https://www.redalyc.org/journal/589/58949544002/ https://www.redalyc.org/journal/589/58949544002/html/ https://www.redalyc.org/journal/589/58949544002/58949544002.epub https://www.redalyc.org/journal/589/58949544002/movil es http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=589 Historia y Grafía application/pdf Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México Historia y Grafía (México) Num.46
