contents Using Space Vector Modulation in a DTC Scheme Pedro Ponce Alfonso Monroy Francisco Sampe Marco Paz Ricardo Fernández Flavio Pontecorvo Ingeniería DTC ANN SVPWM Sensorless Direct torque control (DTC) is known to produce quick androbust response in AC drives. However, during steady state, torque, flux and current ripple occur. An improvement of theelectric drive can be obtained using a DTC scheme based onthe space vector modulation (SVM) which reduces the torqueand flux ripple. The proposed control scheme considers therotor resistance variation. This paper also discusses the application of artificial neuralnetwork (ANN) as a speed estimator. The capability and precision of this scheme as a speedestimator is validated by simulation results, from which it isconcluded that the proposed control scheme produces betterresults than the classical DTC. 2006 artículo científico 1665-0654 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=61410103 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=614 Científica application/pdf Instituto Politécnico Nacional Científica (México) Num.1 Vol.10
