Daniel Nina Administración y Contabilidad territory Puerto Rico United States cabotage laws World Trade Organization The objective of this essay is to evaluate the governmental and self-regulated power of Puerto Rico, regarding the cabotage laws and its relation with the United States. The history of Puerto Rico with the United States, certain laws and jurisprudence, as well as, the responsibility of the United States and the World Trade Organization is studied.
