The subject areas addressed in the editorials of three national dailies (El Mercurio, La Tercera and La Segun- da) and two regional newspapers (El Sur de Concepción and La Discusión de Chillán) during 2005, 2009 and 2011 are examined to arrive at a quantita- tive measurement of the similarities in editorial topics within and among the newspapers selected as a reference. The study concludes with a corre- lation analysis to determine the homogeneity - heterogeneity of the topics on the editorial agenda. 2014 artículo científico 0122-8285 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=64930044004 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=649 Palabra Clave application/pdf Universidad de La Sabana Palabra Clave (Colombia) Num.1 Vol.17
