Jean-Pierre Tabin Arnaud Frauenfelder Carola Togni Véréna Keller Antropología The ideas developed to explain poverty vacillate between two poles: the first places the main burden of the problem with the poor themselves, while the second holds society largely responsible for poverty. Logically, discussion of the remedies for poverty replicates this duality.
