  • Study of different growth parameters in ganoderma lucidum Z. Nasreen T. Kausar M. Nadeem R. Bajwa Biología malt molasses Kirk medium potato dextrose Ganoderma lucidum Ganoderma lucidum was grown in several culture media, using four different concentrations ofinoculum. The mycelia grew well in the potato dextrose medium at pH 5 and 25 C, followed by maltextract, Kirk medium + molasses, and Kirk medium + glucose. The yield of mycelial biomass (dryweight basis) in potato dextrose medium after 15 days was about 1.59 g/100 ml; in malt extract,0.91 g/100 ml; in Kirk molasses, 0.68 g/100 ml; and in Kirk glucose was 0.38 g/100 ml. Mycelialgrowth of G. lucidum was significantly higher in case of 5 to 15 ml inoculum concentration. 2005 artículo científico 1534-2581 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=68517102 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=685 Micología Aplicada International application/pdf Colegio de Postgraduados Micología Aplicada International (México) Num.1 Vol.17
