Fourn. (Apocynaceae, Asclepiaoideae), are described and illustrated. The three species were collected in eastern or southeastern Brazil, the first one in the state of Rio de Janeiro and the second one in the state of Paraná; the third species, P. kelleri Morillo, found in three localities of the Province of Misiones (Argentina) and one locality in State of São Paulo (Brazil), represents the first record of Phaeostemma for the Argentinean Flora. Although few populations are known, and the information in relation to several species is incomplete, a preliminary key is included to facilitate the identification of the recognized taxa. 2013 artículo científico 0524-0476 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=685773796010 10.30972/bon.2221250 es http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=6857 Bonplandia application/pdf Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas (CONICET) Bonplandia (Argentina) Num.2 Vol.22
