contents Pharmacotherapy follow-up: The Dader method (3rd revision: 2005) Medicina up Process Outcomes Pharmacotherapy follow The Dader Method for Pharmacotherapy Follow-Upwas created in 1999 to implement the process laidout by the Dader Programme and it was revised in2003. Since then, pharmacists have provided uswith their remarks and comments on theprogramme, and some research was also made. Some of those have allowed for another revision tobe carried out.The aim of this work is to present the DaderProgramme in its current state, following its thirdrevision. This revision has been carried out with theaims being globalisation and simplification of theprogramme. Globalisation, so that the programme isstandard practice and can be used by anypharmacist working with any patient, whatever thetreatment for their illness. And simplification, because for a procedure to become a widespreadpractice, it has to be as easy as possible to follow, without losing the precision of a standardisedoperational procedure. 2006 otro 1885-642X https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=69040108 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=690 Pharmacy Practice application/pdf Centro de investigaciones y Publicaciones Farmacéuticas Pharmacy Practice (España) Num.1 Vol.4
