contents Biodegradación de celulosa de bagazo de caña de azúcar por hongos celulolíticos C.L Aguiar Química Cellulose cellulase bioconversion sugarcane bagasse The enzyme production by Aspergillus niger IZ 9 was evaluated in different carbon sources: glucose; nontreatedbagasse; bagasse treated with 4% solution of sodium hydroxide; bagasse treated with 4% solution of sodiumhydroxide-phosphoric acid-steam; and filter paper. Maximum production of cellulase was obtained with filter paper, when the average activity was 0.44 UI mL-1. With relationship to the work-temperature, maximum enzymatic activity was obtained at 60ºC (0.44 UI mL-1), followed by the temperature of 50ºC with activity of 0.33 UI mL-1. The inactivation energy was 2,265.8cal mol-1. The enzyme conversion of cellulose from sugarcane bagasse was evaluated. Maximum conversion was obtained with bagasse treated with solution of sodium hydroxide, phosphoric acid and steam (121ºC). 2001 artículo científico 1135-8122 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=72430107 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=724 Ciencia y Tecnología Alimentaria application/pdf Sociedad Mexicana de Nutrición y Tecnología de Alimentos Ciencia y Tecnología Alimentaria (México) Num.2 Vol.3
