Moreno Alvarez Química Citrus tilapia oranges Cichlidae Oreochromis This paper reports the nutritional influence of different rations manufactured from commercial feed (CF)supplemented with orange peel flours (OPF) in Oreochromis mossambicus x O. niloticus (Perciforme: Cichlidae). Therations were elaborated with different OPF/CF ratios: 80/20, 50/50 and 20/80. The parameters of evaluation were incrementof weight, gain of weight/day and conversion index of feed from Kuri-Nivon (CIF). The experimental assay was performedin 95 days. Significant differences between treatments (P<0.05) were detected. The OPF/CF ratio of 20/80 gave the bestCIF (3.56) with P<0.05.
