| contents | Los indicadores de desempeño de la distribución urbana de mercancías: Un análisis bibliométrico Alejandro Molina Cristian Gómez Conrado Serna Multidisciplinaria (Ciencias Naturales y Exactas) Indicators Urban logistics Urban Distribution Performance Factors This paper presents a systematic literature review of Urban Freight Transport (UFT) in last mile logistics, using the PRISMA methodology, and a bibliometric analysis based on statistical assessments of both quality and quantity. The search was conducted in Web of Science and Scopus databases. The authors identified a growing interest from researchers across various countries and the adoption of technological approaches to address this critical aspect of the supply chain. This detailed analysis revealed a multifaceted landscape of UFT, highlighting the diversity of performance indicators assessed in the reviewed studies. These indicators have allowed the identification of key factors influencing goods delivery in urban settings and their interaction with diverse variables, assessed through a variety of evaluation methods. As a result, a classification taxonomy encompassing ten types of indicators, organized into sub-indicators based on their nature and focus, is proposed. In summary, this study provides a comprehensive overview of the current literature on Urban Goods Distribution (UFT) and presents a groundwork for future research. Additionally, it offers guidance for addressing challenges in last-mile logistics.
