Organizations operate in an environment of change and uncertainty and are forced to discover new ways of doing administrative management. Therefore, this article analyzes the role of knowledge in organizations and its management as a strategy for achieving competitive advantage. This work has a reflective nature and was built from the literature review available in academia.
