For doing so, a study of multiple cases in the furniture sector of Caxias do Sul/RS was conducted. The model developed was based on several methods of maturity evaluation such as CMM, KMCA and KMMM. Structured interviews were performed and the model was applied in order to identify the level of the businesses maturity.
