With such an intention were took in account the theoretical suppositions of Tedesco (2000), Delors (1996), Porlán (2000), Sánchez (2000), among others. The methodology of the study was descriptive analytic, based on the results obtained by Sánchez (2000), Siena (2003) and Vera, (2003); in investigations referred to the application of the new technologies, the results shows, that the educational one, doesnt mix this technological recourse to the pedagogic chore, he makes use of the same traditional strategies, and in most of the cases the students get advantage over the educational one in the use of the new technologies.
