This articleexamines the rise of neoconservative forces in American policy-making circles, examining theirideological premises, their linking of Iraq to the requirements of Arab-Israeli peace in light of thePalestinian Refugee issue, and their confidence that historical or divine purpose upholds the use ofAmerican political power on the world stage.
