| contents | The Method of Coexistences in the University-Territory Interface MARCOS AURELIO SAQUET Geografía Social action research territory geography university With the objective of summarizing some of the experiences we gathered over the course of 25 years on action-research conducted through historical (phased) and simultaneous approaches, we reflect on two major theoretical-methodological and political questions that we consider fundamental in our territorial research. We begin by debating coloniality versus decoloniality and hegemony versus counter-hegemony. We address this in the first section of the text to guide our reflection on what we call the method of coexistences.
