A case of a 2-year-old male patient with severe respiratory distress with history of ingestion of a foreign body isreported. The patient receives a diagnosis of tracheo-esophageal fistula. The topic, signs and symptomsand therapeutically approach of tracheo-esophageal fistula is reviewed.
