Pedroza Zapata Ingeniería Gestión Innovación Tecnología Estrategia Gestión de la innovación This paper reviews the Management of Innovation and Technology (MIT) literature to identify areas, themes and questions for applying at the organization level, also a number of implications for managers. The authors analyze the concepts involved, and discussed the underpinnings of these three dimensions and their relations. It is highlighted the most interest areas of this field of knowledge and their strategic implications at micro level.
