Competitiveness in the supply chain management: An overview in an oils´ and greases´ manufacturer Brayan Bravo Krizztie Cortes Melyna Aguilar Sofía Granados Johanna Amaya-Leal Ingeniería logistics Competitiveness supply chain management Logistic is the means set and methods necessary to carry out theorganization of a company. Many electronic tools and thousands ofstrategies are implemented with an only aim: to obtain excellent logisticsin any organization. In this article, the results of an exploratory studyof the management of the own chain of supplying of manufacturingcompanies are shown and specially the supply chain of oils and greases,as an induction of more rigorous investigation of a company that extracts its raw material from the natural resources, which does it withoutaffecting it and holding always a competitive position.
