- Complexite de L`innovation Technologique Ali Smida Economía y Finanzas This article makes a teorical approach totechnological innovation from complexityparadigm. The purpose is to understand thetechnological innovation processes inorganizations going further than thatadaptative model, according to whichstrategic management of technologyconsists on mechanical adaptation tocompetence environment imposed by themarket, conceiving technologicalinnovation as an imposition to theorganization. The article affirms, on thecontrary, that such adaptation is difficultbecause of the complexity of organizationalphenomenon (uncertainty, non linearity,sensibility to initial conditions, selfregulation,cohabitation of order anddisorder) and technological innovationprocesses.
