In that way, the different characteristics social, cultural and economicsdetermine in many aspects which will be the level of social mobility of the sons and grandsons inthe future stablishing the different levels of mobility that they will have. This paper determines theincidence of ethnic capital on the Human Capital accumulation on the afrocolombians populationin Cali as a measurement of racial discrimination through an econometric model of social mobilitywhich incorpores the ethnic capital as a different element from the tradition.
