In the mat of thisjusphilosophical trend, this assay intends to deal with some aspectsof the concept of justice existent in Aristotle’s Nicomachean Ethics, taking as a basis the critiques woven many centuries later by HansKelsen. For the intent, the text also retakes some concepts of Puretheory of law with the aim of indicating: (a) the main reasons thathad tried the interpretation of Kelsen and (b) the difficulty of a pacificacquaintanceship between the aristotelian and kelsenian conceptionsabout justice. The interface propitiated by Kelsen allows usthe privileged condition of spectators of the intense and interminableshock between jusnaturalists and juspositivists. 2006 artículo científico 1677-4760 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=93400514 pt http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=934 Prisma Jurídico application/pdf Universidade Nove de Julho Prisma Jurídico (Brasil) Num.5
