It indicates that the innovative process is challenging as it allows for a variety of interpretations and involves the administration of competencies in the scope of technology and management. Thoughtful practice requires time, dedication, and investment, as well as truly significant innovations. To be significant it needs to contribute to the growth of the organization while exhibiting value to clients who may experience this value.
