Findings revealed a fragmented understanding of resilience among stakeholders and highlight the need for participatory approaches, localised resilience assessments and context‐specific interventions to enhance community resilience. The participants suggested understanding resilience as the capacity of communities, households, or an individuals to withstand the effects of climate change.
