- Laser power stabilization system based on variable universe fuzzy proportional‐integral‐differential Hong‐Liang Ma Yu Zhang Tao Yang Yu‐Xiang Guo Juan‐Juan Ji Qi‐Lei Zhang Shen‐Long Zha Qiang Liu Gui‐Sheng Jiang Microwave and Optical Technology Letters AbstractA variable universe fuzzy proportional‐integral‐differential (PID) algorithm was designed and first application for a laser power stabilization system. To validate the algorithm's effectiveness, it is applied to the simulation model of Simulink and the experimental system based on an acousto‐optic modulator. The results demonstrate that the variable universe fuzzy PID presents higher control precision, better robustness, and can suppress long‐term drift phenomena compared with the traditional feedback control algorithm.
