contents <p>We report the case of a 76-year-old patient without cardiovascular risk factors, who was admitted for acute abdominal and low back pain. Diagnostic imaging revealed an intramural aortic hematoma, a rare but life-threatening cardiovascular emergency. This case highlights the importance of rapid diagnosis and multidisciplinary management.</p> <p> </p>
