| contents |
Objective: The research analyzes governance in the context of Local Productive Arrangements in the state of Piauí, in the context of social management research. Theoretical framework: A theoretical exercise on the ‘Morphology of Collaborative Work in Social Management’ is derived. Method: To this end, 5 interviews were conducted with representatives and members of central cooperatives, after approval by the research ethics committee, under opinion n.º 4.955.191. With the support of Reflective Thematic Analysis (RTA), using Atlas Ti software, version 23, 13 themes were analyzed which, on the one hand, situate the culture of sharing and, on the other, highlight participation. Results: After discussing the thematic set, it is proposed that among the principles of social management, in reflection on governance in LAs, collaborative human action can mobilize a Morphology of Collaborative Work in Social Management. Conclusions: This discussion does not close off other avenues of analysis, as the loci of enunciation dramatize consensual exercise on various fronts, such as subalternity and intersectionality. Research implications: Analyzes of discourse as a social practice that institutionalizes collective doing as a principle, centered on consensual interests, which strengthen the organization of processes and workflows
(collective planning, coordination and control). Originality/value: Presentation of a theoretical insight on the road to a Morphology of Collaborative Work in Social Management
|
