- <p>The study dataset contains 3,238 viral contigs (Intertidal_time_mVCs.fa), 1,911 vOTUs (Intertidal_time_vOTUs.fa), 41,363 vPCs (Intertidal_time_vPCs.protein), and 1,462 MAGs (Intertidal_time_MAGs.zip) obtained from 36 mudflat intertidal sediment samples located in Qingdao, China (36.46° N, 120.75° E), in a time-series manner (every two months) spanning from August 2020 to June 2021.</p> <p>If this study dataset is useful, please cite: Ji et al.
