- <p>These R Codes were written and developed to create opportunity maps for agricultural landscapes. The Oportunitymaps_RCode zip folder contains 4 R Scripts for the opportunity assessment of the ecosystem services carbon sequestration, provision of clean water (water quality), habitat provision for biodiversity (biodiversity) and drought protection. </p> <p>The second folder contains scripts for a sensitivity analysis of the expert weights and opportunity score intervals. Except for the IACS data set (management data) all other spatial data sets are publicly available (see publication Heiß et al. 2025). </p>
