| contents | <p>In this day and age, health efficiency becomes the prime parameter of the solution; thus, the very exciting solution in response to this quest to identify and then manage process inefficiencies emerges-Barrier Tracking Tool, in short. With increasing operational efficiency of health care organizations, the level of processing delay had to be reduced. Hence, in a leading health insurance company, technology-based solutions were necessitated by proposing here a Barrier Tracking Tool, a software package tailored for optimizing workflow in teams through offering real-time information regarding processing bottlenecks about which managers can use this tool to identify and solve processing inefficiency issues within teams. This tool was developed with a combination of ASP. NET MVC and SQL Server technologies, allowing for the smooth tracking of data and reporting. Such a method allows for proactive decisions that make healthcare services more efficient.
