contents
We are excited to announce version 2 of PGSXplorer. This comprehensive tool continues to simplify polygenic score (PGS) calculations by integrating essential genomic quality control (QC) processes and enabling seamless analysis with popular tools such as PLINK, PRSice-2, LDpred2, Lassosum, PRS-CSx, and MUSSEL.

With the latest version, PGSXplorer takes a significant leap forward by offering support for a variety of data types, phasing, prediction, and target lineage inference, providing greater flexibility to handle complex datasets. We have also further expanded the scope of PGS calculation with the latest methodologies by integrating MegaPRS and SBayesRC.

These improvements make PGSXplorer an indispensable tool for researchers looking to conduct robust, accurate, and reproducible analyses on genomic data. Whether working with multi-lineage datasets or performing detailed PGS workflows, this updated version offers enhanced functionality and user-friendly workflows for a variety of research applications.
