contents <p>The key numerical data for the preprint arXiv: 2407.20182.</p> <ol> <li>File "slave_spin_results.dat" contains the data shown in Fig. 2. The quasiparticle weights, the filling factors and the on-site energy renormalization values of the two orbitals from WSe2 (c-electron) and MoTe2 (d-electron) layers are listed as functions of the displacement field strength.</li> <li>File "curvature_dispersion.dat" contains the data which can be used to reproduce Figs. 3-5. The Berry curvature and the dispersion of the two renormalized bands are listed in this data file. Fig. 3(b) is generated by the equal value contours of the band dispersion data, Fig. 4(b) is generated from the numerical gradient of the curvature data, and Fig. 5 is generated from the time-reversal counterpart of the curvature data.</li> </ol>
