The Cuddalore district has been considered as a one of the main districts in Tamilnadu which mainly had its success on implementing the programme. The workers are partially or fully touch with the other workers during the working time. And also the MGNREGA team mode attracts the workers and share information when they work in MGNREGA. So there is a need to know the idea of those workers how it creates the social capital among them by engaging with MGNREP.
