Numerous reports have noted the presence of this species along the coasts of eastern and southern Taiwan (Ng et al. 2017). This study reports the occurrence of this species in northern Taiwan, where the annual surface seawater temperature in January is over 5°C lower than that of eastern and southern Taiwan (Central Weather Bureau 2023).</p> |
