contents <p>These videos show the evolution of the cross-section of a contrail simulated in APCEMM 1.2.0. </p> <p>The contrail is initialised at the center of a synthetic ice supersaturated region (ISSR) with the following parameters:</p> <ul> <li>Relative humidity with respect to ice: 125 % inside the ISSR, 40 % outside the ISSR</li> <li>ISSR depth: 1 km</li> <li>Temperature lapse rate: -6.5 K/km</li> <li>Shear: 0.002 1/s</li> </ul> <p>Three videos are available, showing a different variable each:</p> <ul> <li>Ice water content (IWC)</li> <li>Relative humidity with respect to ice (RHi)</li> <li>Effective radius of the ice particles (r_eff)</li> </ul>
