contents <p>Investigation of the degradation of cell-free hydrogel spheres made of bioink 3 when cultured in the presence of a 2D monolayer of human AD-MSCs. By culturing the hydrogel spheres in the same well where a monolayer of cells is growing we investigated if those cells where able to secrete a soluble mollecule able to degrade the hydrogels. The codes and names attributed to the bioinks and hydrogels are related and refferenced to those written in the scientific publication of the results.</p> <p>Bioinks were fabricated using a mix of porcine gelatin, alginate and bovine fibrinogen.</p> <p>Codes:</p> <ul> <li>251: bioink 3.</li> <li>"1b" or "3b": either if there are 1 or 3 spheres in the well.</li> <li>n"1", n"2"...: sample replica.</li> <li>0.63: binocular augmentation.</li> <li>J"0", J"1"...: day of culture (J1 = day 1).</li> <li>New media: the media was refreshed each time an image was taken.</li> </ul>
