It explores frameworks like equity framing, discursive framing, and environmental justice framing to address systemic inequities and ensure inclusive messaging. Drawing on cultural perspectives from Native American, Appalachian, and Asian Indian communities, the paper highlights how tailored communication strategies improve Environmental Health Literacy (EHL) and foster trust. By emphasizing social capital and Social Identity Theory, it also investigates the factors influencing quality of life and aging. The findings advocate for culturally sensitive and participatory approaches in health communication to address disparities, empower communities, and promote equitable health outcomes.</p>
