| contents | <p><strong><span>Sociodemographic and Organizational Determinants of Occupational Health and Safety among Health Professionals in Ethiopia: A Multilevel Regression Analysis</span></strong></p> <p><span>Occupational health and safety are among the critical concerns within the health service delivery process globally, especially in low- and middle-income nations where workplace hazard exposure is frequent. This study has ascertained from a multilevel regression-based analysis, through sociodemographics and organizational characteristics, factors likely to affect occupational health and safety among health workers in Ethiopia. The study analyzes individual- and institutional-level determinants, presenting information on workplace safety, risk exposure, and potential policy intervention.
