Using thematic content analysis, the themes on the experiences of teachers on job-related stress were Heavy Workload, Limited Resource and Insufficient Pay. Meanwhile, the coping mechanisms of teachers in managing job-related stress were Seeking Social Support, engaging in physical activities and hobbies.
