| contents | <p>Total Hip Arthroplasty (THA) is a widely performed surgical procedure aimed at alleviating pain and restoring function in patients with degenerative hip diseases. The success of THA is significantly influenced by implant positioning and the choice of bearing surface, both of which affect wear characteristics and implant longevity. This study presents a ten-year follow-up analysis, assessing the impact of these factors on clinical outcomes, revision rates, and patient-reported satisfaction. Findings indicate that optimized implant positioning and advanced bearing surfaces contribute to reduced wear and prolonged implant lifespan. The study also discusses the implications for future implant designs and surgical techniques.</p> |
