-
The aim of this study was to develop a mass measurement system based on the use of a quartz crystal as a sensor (QCM). The system was designed to detect variations in the crystal’s resonance frequency in response to the application of small masses. An ESP32 microcontroller was used to acquire the data and enable communication via Wi-Fi, making it possible to view the measurements in real time on mobile devices. The results obtained indicate that the system is sensitive enough to identify changes in frequency, although improvements are needed to mitigate external interference and improve measurement accuracy.
