- <p>I propose a novel approach to the Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer (BSD) Conjecture by interpreting elliptic curves as structured emergent space-time formations in the Collatz-Octave Model (COM). <br>I demonstrate that elliptic modular structuring naturally encodes the rank of elliptic curves and governs the emergence of space at quantum and cosmic scales. <br>Numerical computations confirm the relationship between rational points on elliptic curves and the behavior of their L-functions at \( s=1 \), providing further validation of the BSD Conjecture.</p>
