- <div>The goal of this project is to investigate whether we can use host-directed therapy (ruxolitinib) in conjunction with the anti-malarial drug artemether-lumefantrine to enhance immune responses in malaria-naïve individuals participating in a controlled human malaria infection model with P. falciparum-induced blood-stage malaria.</div> <div>With support from the Gates Foundation’s Collaboratory, we have generated immunoassay data on samples collected from study participants, as well as supernatants obtained from in vitro experiments.</div>
