contents <p>The third release of the scripts used in the numerical evaluation of the Local Subtraction Approach for EEG and MEG forward modeling. This approach is introduced and investigated in the accompanying paper (Published in SIAM Journal on Scientific computing: <a href="https://epubs.siam.org/doi/full/10.1137/23M1582874" target="_blank" rel="noopener">https://epubs.siam.org/doi/full/10.1137/23M1582874</a>).</p> <p>In the third release, we updated the DUNEuro code to Ubuntu 24.04. We now offer installation instructions for Ubuntu 20.04, Ubuntu 22.04, and Ubuntu 24.04. The code also runs on other Linux-based operating systems, though users might have to adapt the installation scripts to their environment.</p> <p>This repository contains only the code to reproduce the results from the paper mentioned above. The data is available at <a href="https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.12575552" target="_blank" rel="noopener">https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.12575552</a>. </p> <p>Furthermore, we have also prepared an Ubuntu 24.04-based Docker image containing the compiled DUNEuro library and the data and scripts from this repository. If you have Docker installed, you can pull this image via</p> <p>docker pull registry.dune-project.org/duneuro/duneuro/local_subtraction_sisc_code_ubuntu:24.04</p> <p>Using this image, you can reproduce the results from the paper without having to compile the DUNEuro library yourself.</p>
