The flipped classroom approach, which inverts traditional teaching methods by delivering instructional content online and engaging students in active learning during class time, has gained traction in recent educational research. This research examines how this model influences students' autonomy, motivation, and language acquisition in a foreign language context. Through a mixed-methods approach,<span> </span>data were collected from surveys, interviews, and academic performance metrics across several middle school classes. Findings indicate that the flipped classroom enhances students' independent study skills by fostering a sense of responsibility and encouraging self-directed learning. Students reported increased engagement and motivation, as they were able to access materials at their own pace and revisit challenging concepts outside of class.</span></em></p> |
