-
This study employed a descriptive research design to examine practice teachers' perceptions of Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) during the COVID-19 pandemic. The instrument used was the Outcome-Based Education Learner’s Evaluation Questionnaire by Leus and De Guzman (2016). A total of 61 respondents participated in the study, answering the questionnaire via Google Forms. Data were analyzed using frequency counts, means, and the Mann-Whitney U Test. Results indicate that practice teachers held "advanced" perceptions of cooperative learning and "proficient" perceptions of collaborative learning, transformative learning, transfer of learning, and metacognition. Overall, they demonstrated "advanced" perceptions across all areas. Statistical analysis revealed no significant difference in perceptions of cooperative learning and transfer of learning. However, significant differences were found in perceptions of collaborative learning, transformative learning, and metacognition. These findings suggest that the Ed 15 Practice Teaching Course played a crucial role in enhancing student interns' skills, particularly in collaborative and transformative learning, as well as metacognition, in preparation for their teaching practice.
