| contents | <p><span>The research Management Style, Work Values, and Creativity: A Causal Model on the Performance of Millennial Nurses offers a valuable contribution to understanding the factors influencing the professional effectiveness of millennial nurses. By exploring the interplay between<span> </span>management style, work values, and creativity, this study provides insightful perspectives on optimizing workplace dynamics and enhancing nursing performance. The well-structured methodology and data-driven analysis strengthen its credibility, making it a significant resource for healthcare administrators and policymakers. This research not only bridges gaps in nursing management literature but also presents practical implications for fostering a more innovative and motivated nursing workforce. The study aimed to develop a causal model that explained the contribution of<span> </span>three identified factors: Management style, work value, and creativity to the millennial nurses<span> </span>performance. The data came from 202 randomly chosen millennial nurses in Cagayan de Oro City This study employed a causal-comparative Research design and utilized a framework<span> </span>from management style by Rahim, Theory of basic human values by Schwartz, creativity by<span> </span>Teresa Amabile, and performance by Blumberg. Nurses obtained overall mean score is M=3.75, SD=.847 described as agreed and interpreted that nurses have a high level of management styles. Meanwhile, the overall mean score is M=4.14, SD=.775 described as agree and interpreted that the nurses have a high level of work values with the overall mean of SD=.775. Moreso, the overall mean score is M=4.15, SD=.715 described as agree and interpreted that the nurses have a high level of creativity. Also, performance overall mean score is M=4.19, SD=.688 described as agree and interpreted that the nurses have a high level of performance with the overall mean of SD=.68. Moreover, the R value is .796 signifying a strong positive relationship between respondents’ performance and the independent variables used, also with<span> </span>the R2 value of 0.633 implies that the significant predictor variables explained 63.3% of the variability of millennial nurses’ performance.</span></p> |
