| contents | <p><strong><span>Abstract: </span></strong><span>Employee onboarding is one of the many business processes that have been transformed by artificial intelligence (AI). The ability of AI-based employee onboarding systems to boost organizational effectiveness and enhance the employee experience is examined in this research paper. With a sample size of 200 respondents, the research uses a quantitative methodology to examine important aspects of AI-driven onboarding systems, including time efficiency, user happiness, engagement, and adaptability.
